What are the highest quality jewelers in the US?

I know Tiffany, Harry Winston and Cartier. Are there others? Ideally I'm looking for high quality jewelers who work in platinum with emeralds or sapphires. Thanks for the help.

1. Sure. It just depends what you're looking for. I'm going to just list general jewelry (i.e., not specializing in any type of stone). David Yurman, Gucci, Bulova (for watches), just to name a few.
