What do you unlock when you get the rings in madden?

I have heard that you unlock things as you gain rings in madden 08. I am not talking about the code to get the ring in real life. I am talking about unlocking things like the special types of superstars or the fantasy challenge. Can someone tell me what you unlock and at what level?
