How do you keep from getting sweat rings on your shirt?
I take showers every day and where deoderant. I put on deoderant several times a day but I still find myself having sweat rings on my shirt. I get kinda embaressed so how do you keep this from happening. Do you also know how to get sweat stains off your shirts?

- go easy on the salt=that is what's causing the rings at the edge of where you sweat
- The problem is that you are using deodorant alone and not an antiperspirant! Trying using an antiperspirant which is to control wetness.
- Sweat stains are almost impossible to remove from shirts once they are set in. The best solution I've found is scrubbing the area with regular detergent, then bleaching the area with regular or color safe bleach. I used to have the same problem with sweating too much under my arms. Certain Dry is a deodorant that works really great. You apply it at night (I also apply some in the morning). It works to keep under my arms dry and I haven't seen any sweat marks since I started using it. You can buy it in any drug store. I bought mine in Target. Definately give it a try though. It worked for me =)
- If the sweat rings are showing on your underarms I'd recommend a product called Certain-Dri. I had the same problem. I used deodorants, antipersperants, undershirts, yet even in cold mornings I'd have sweat rings. Overactive sweat glands I guess. Anyway, I saw a cheap commercial for Certain-Dri and tried it out. It is a liquid that comes in a roll-on tube that you apply to your underarms before bed every night. It can sting and/or itch a little for about 15 minutes (especially if you put too much on) but it works like a charm. I may sound like an advertisement but I cannot praise this product enough. Grocery stores usually have it, but if not it's not hard to find online.
