I've found an online jewelers called Melrose Jewelers how can I find out if they are safe to purchase from?

Melrose jewelers are supposed to be one of the biggest online second hand dealers in rolex watches & I would like some feedback from people who may have used this website to purchase a rolex. As you can appreciate when buying a rolex you have to make sure you are going to receive the genuine article.
