Where can I buy those jewelry book pads that Jewelers use to lay down expensive jewelry on the table?

You know those pads that open up like a book, and there are two pads on either side that are like felt or something really soft that jewelers lay jewelry down on for when you want to look at something. Also where can I buy those jewelry cleaning cloths?
