Which jewelry stores pierce ears?

I considered going to Claire's for my double-piercing, but am afraid of getting stuck with some 15 year old. Is it better to go to a jewelry store? Which stores do piercings? Thanks!

5. Don't go to Claire's there not steril and Icing is a knock off store from the same brand as Claire's. I got mine done with Piercing Pagoda and I am very pleased with their work and haven't had any trouble. The only thing is that you need a parent's signature to get your ear's pierced there.
6. Go to Almoda, it is the best.
